Is 3-4 isolation(arms-shoulders-chest-back) work out days alright for a cut.

I'm planning to cut carbs out completely the week before the show then slowly introduce them back in a day before or so.

I'm worried that if I drop too much water and carbs I'll end up looking flat but I'm not sure how the weigh ins work in accordance to the show.

take all my advice with a grain of salt but ive had plenty of luck with seran wraping and prune juice so it might help you if you havent done it before

I think insertions are just most important for chest and abs.

its also about training the body to make it as asthetic as possible.

There are muscles that need the right size to look good.

There was a good water weight losing tip that I saw from a pro boxer once. He did something like 1 liter of water, day 5, 3/4, day 4, 1/2, day 3, 1/4, day 2, then nothing at all day of. If you need to lose more hit the sauna and eat some dandelion root extract. I usually cut 5-6 lbs in the sauna through straight dehydration for wrestling weigh ins.

The trick is to go from a lot of water intake to none by the time of competition. Pretty standard for all weight class sports TBQH.

Or maybe it was a gallon instead of liter, liter sounds like too little. I can't remember if he was a europoor or American.

Well I don't really know anything about your advancement and such but if 800mg of tren (and I assume a decent amount of test) isn't doing it for you you might want to look at your diet and training before you start pinning more gear.

NO NO NO, you see here steriods do have different affects on the body. masteron is a DHT derivative for fuck sakes, you cant possibly think that different compounds wont do different things when mast is literally a different hormone than testosterone, he would still need test as his base but with higher basicly modifed DHT levels he would see much more different results than he would without the compound added.

Well if the tren is working for you I'd recommend sticking to it. Try your mast on your next blast/cycle and see how well it works. Then you can combine them with better knowledge of their sides alone.

That's the thing. If all you care about is lean body mass gain then you can just stick to test and have a good diet and eat at a surplus and grow.

However, drugs like mast, tren, and primo give distinct "looks" to the muscle. They promote that dry hard look that you can't get with straight test because of the water retention you get.

That's why competitors pull out test before the show but keep tren mast and all the other hardening shit.

Speaking from a cost/risk analysis point of view, there's very little reason to anything else besides Test. Maybe some deca added in if you're wanting a boost but still not necessary.
