GOOD FEELS THREAD

GOOD FEELS THREAD

just went to the gym after a 4 week hiatus and FUCK it felt good to ohp 30kg
yes i am weak as fuck but god damn lifting is as enjoyable as i remembered it

i don't need a gf all i need are gains and the bar

you feelin' good user?

My sister, who never trained in her life, OHPed 20kg.
on topic tho - today I deleted all my pr0n and all pr0n bookmarks (about 1500). It feels like a change is coming. Thank you Donald.

like i said i'm weak as fuck and haven't had a good breakfast this morning
you still download porn?

30kg is still 50% more than 20kg. Not even OP but OHP is tough as fuck to progress. How much do YOU press?

agree before the hiatus i was at 35kg even that was tough as hell while using creatine and eating like a pig

Well, usually I didn't, but I'm on a weak connection right now, so before I switched, I downloaded like 500 vids. I already feel better about not being able to recover those (short of using recuva, but I won't)
77kg at 82kg bw, 6'1. I started with about 40-42kg.
35kg sounds a little better. I need a gf tho. If only just to find out I don't really need her.

Been hitting lats more and not only seeing progress but getting others miring when I'm out and about. Feels good man.

I haven't worked out for a week, but I met this qt3.14 who's a dancer, gymnast, and a contortionist, and she stays in shape.

She keeps complimenting me for being so sweet to her and says that my voice is sexy and that she likes my muscles etc.

She's perfect except for the fact that she has hv2, which sucks, but it won't stop me from getting to know her better and explore whatever we can before I actually decide to commit and have sex.

I'm just happy when I'm with her bros

The worst amount of women to have is 1

> OHP at 50kg 5x5 last time, looking forward to 1pl8, then I can maybe OHP lmao1jap

Been stalling OHP at 50kgs and injured my shoulder trying to power through, I don't know how to go on from here. I'm considering changing to Push Press for a while.

yes, a variety of exercise selection will help you push through your plateau, don't listen to these minimalist cucks who tell you to only do OHP, you're going to stall and you won't get past it unless you switch up your exercises. Try push press for 6-12 weeks and then go back to OHP and watch the magic happen.

sounds pretty gay man. Also if she's got an STD why the fuck are you hanging around with her?

bruh that's an impressive amount of weight tho.

Dammit, I meant 40kgs, my bad.

Anyway, gonna change to Push Press like says.

>be me 3 months ago
>go to gym for the first time
>go there at 5am because i'm scared of people
>can barely row 5kg on each side(30kg+the bar)
>fast forward 3 months
>I can row almost 1pl8

that feeling of progression is what fucking fuels me, we're all gonna make it

>OHP is tough as fuck to progress
It was one of my easiest lifts to progress. Got up to 60kg pretty fast.

For the first time ever I can actually start seeing the general shape of my abs

Turns out they are asymmetrical as shit. Thanks genetics.

Not really feeling good tbqhfam

Doing bad in my classes, told I was half the employee I used to be at work, had to skip a workout this morning because I slept through my alarm clock.

Do any user here think they might have some sort of mood disorder or other mental disorder without being diagnosed? Sometimes I get extremely down and exhausted for no reason. I should probably talk to my family about it but it seems like too much of a problem.

Swings and roundabouts, everyone has good times and bad times user.

You need to go talk to someone who will listen, and not Veeky Forums

this, shit happens, can't always be happy, just remember to keep doing work

>been going to gym for 2 months
>never did deadlift cuz afraid, dunno of what
>decide to do them today
>did 143lbs with perfect form
was that pretty good for a 145lbs guy 2 months in?

it felt incredible nontheless

Hell yeah, good job!!

Keep in mind comparison is the thievery of joy. Don't worry about how much you squat/deadlif/bench worry about your form and progress from there. It takes a lot to commit to a workout like deadlifts, so you already started the first step. Good luck and stick with it.

good on you for doing deadlifts, stop thinking in terms of what is 'good' and what is not, even if you deadlifted 70lb with good form for the first time, that's still a step in the right direction. Just keep it up m8

>I need a gf tho

thanks guys, thats really nice to hear
