I came to this thread wanting to hear about this very s&M gym and was very disappointed.

How often do you squat?

If you squat 2 or 3 times a week and still get doms, you may unironically have some kind of bloodflow issue and should get it checked out.

I happen to love the feeling of muscle soreness the next day. Hell if I do not feel them after increasing the weight I feel like I did not really work out.
