Who doesn´t have time for gym and losing hope here?

>get home at 7:30 or 8:00pm depending on work and tired as fuck
>go to gym at that time
>is full as fuck and have to wait for everything
>get home around 11:00-11:30

How the fuck can you guys live like this? Is there any secrets?

Try lifting before work, that way you can just chill at night. Less crowded too

get a better job
Essentially you need 3 hobbies..
one which gives you gains
one which earns you money
one which relaxes you

lift before work or stop being an autist, learn to work in with people.

Wakes up 5 am. Goes to gym for a 1h 15 min weight lifting session. Goes to office, showers and works until lunch.
Goes down during lunch to the gym for a 30 min HIT Cardio session. Goes back to office and showers. Works until 6:30 and goes to the gym for the third time for 1h of HIT CARDIO/PLYO

pfft that's nothing. My sister does 12 hours for 6 days but she makes 19/hr. There are only a few people qualified for her spot so she needs to work a lot with those few people

8-6 is fucking nothing.Factor in an hour lunch and that's only 1 hour OT.

Used to work 6am-8pm 6 days a week. I make more now working 40 hours than I did 80+.

That's what the majority of people work senpai. 9-5 is a fucking dream.

Same thing happened to me OP. Office fag here and its tough to not be all sleepy by the time you get home. Honestly id recommend going mornings and find a gym thats right in between your place and work. Showers at 24 hours are empty around that time and youre day will get started without coffee

Go gym first thing. I'm at the gym 05:55 every morning Monday-Saturday. Best start to the day you can have. Bonus points if you have sex when you get home from gym session.

Such a fucking beta cuck. Get your ass up at 4:30 or 5am. If that's too early then learn to sleep faster because when you make it to the gym you'll have it to yourself and accomplish more than most people do within an entire day while you're finishing up and getting ready for work.

Damn OP i feel you. A busy gym sucks, working in or not. My gym is busy to the point where I work in more often then I don't but it's great compared to the fitness first by my house.

I had an hour+ commute and my gym was another 20 mins past my house. Sucked but the gym was great so worth it.

Now my gym is 5 mins from my office, and is opposite my station. So easy and makes all the difference.

Dunno why OP goes home before gym though?
