i eat twice a day (lunch [salad or another light food] + dinner [something like sushi or similar rice based food])
and walk 7 miles a day (my work is similar to a mailman)
i weight 275 lb and im 5,9 feet
i dont drink anything but water unting weekend (where i might drink a beer + a coke)
dont consume sugar or bubble gum
i dont have anything sweet like cookies in my house, neither i eat them outside
simply get bored at gym + when i get back home i eat everything
i have a shoe size of 17

what am i exactly doing wrong

You're not counting calories.

Track your food for a week carefully and honestly. You are probably eating more than you imagine. You are probably also genetically predisposed to be a fatarse, which just means it'll take a bit more work to lose weight.

count every calorie you consume for one month

if what you're saying is true, go see a doctor
if doctor says you're fine go see a scientist and win a nobell prize

acording to my doctor i have 2800 calories per day.

sounds like you're massively overstating your effort. under these parameters, assuming those two light ish meals total to less than 2k calories, you should be shedding pounds like an absolute madman

i just dont feel hungry, i usually wake up at 9am and lunch at 3pm and dinner at 8-9pm
i went to a nutritionist who gave me a list and told me to eat six times a day , (yougurt+juice+shit)
and got over 40 lbs in 2 weeks , desu i have been kinda fat since i was 10

also people tend to overestimate their calories

Why do fat fucks say shit like this? It's conservation of mass/energy. If you are not losing weight, you are not eating at a deficit. Weigh your food and calculate your calories in accurately. Keep a food diary. It's not easy and takes dedication, but you can do it.

If this was true, you'd be losing a pound every three days. Even with some kind of weird metabolism disorder you'd still be seeing massive weight loss.
