I know, not impressive stats. I (almost) never do 1rms. Always go between the 6-14 slow controlled reps.

My arms go slightly below 90 if you look properly, but all that matters in a meet is to touch your chest and pause and press on the ref's command

I did do back slaps, I just let the bar get too far in front of me at my knees, also there is no "breaking point", everyone fails the lift at different points due to leverages and muscular strengths and weaknesses
