The easiest first step is to cut out sugary drinks, snacks and fastfood

You're maybe not tracking your calories right, or cheated. Be honest with yourself, have you been cheating on your diet and consuming more?
Ok, sounds good but the other thing is I feel super lethargic and feel like collapsing at the gym/pool
