Help me out \fit\, 5'8, 121 lbs, I am afraid to go in gym, feel like I will be the weakest one there. The last and only time I've been doing weightlifting I was 17 or so and managed to bench 120 lbs 5 times, now I am 21, can do about 70 push up, but my back musclues are pathetic. Should I just go there, or bulk up at home firts?

Hey I'm And I started at 5'9 110 lbs, and am currently 163.
I was like you in that I was very lean, but way underweight (and I could only bench 90lbs for a max...) if you want to add more muscle mass I would do SS for about 6-8 months, then switch to push / pull / legs and then in about another year you should know enough to develop your own routines. Good luck

Same... ok here's what you do, use whichever bathroom has the best lighting. Stand back far enough to get enough of you in frame (currently it's too closeup) and remove your shirt. Got that? Afterwards take a few pics while keeping your hand steady. Once you're done go through them and pic the clearest, most flattering one to post up.
