My OHP sucks donkey balls. I was 2kg off a 1xBW strict OHP at 106kg, but then neglected the movement for a while and now can't get it up to par again.
Recovering from a 2 week long diarrhea, though, so a 90kg The Press™ isn't that bad.

Ohp is by far my strongest lift, mainly because of how much work I put into training it. All my other lifts are pathetic. I can only squat 90kg for a couple of reps atm for example lel.

not if you don't start working in sets of 135. i'm assuming you can do one set at that weight now. start off your workout with that and hit the remaining 4x5 at 115. next week try 2x5 and 3x5 and so on

Maybe form check? Do you do atg or parallel? I find atg is easier for girls to do and gotta modify stance a bit because wider hips.
Uh, currently pistol squats, a bit of running and some deadlifting. I do squat twice a week though.
For some reason my squat just plummets really hard whenever I cut some weight. Its probably mainly genetics though.

Currently doing 3x5x50 kg, used to be 3x5x60 kg in Spring but I stalled hard and then quit until now.
Now I seem to struggle even with 50 kg.
Currently doing a minimalist program:
