I really struggled lately to hit my daily calories due to having some depression the last few weeks. I am going to jump on some SSRI antidepressant as prescribed by my doctor which is notorious for reducing appetite and weight loss.
So any ideas of calorie-dense foods/easy to consume foods? I'd prefer not to eat total crap and stuff that I can't easily track macros for. My main problem is hitting carbs, currently eating 3700kcal and over 500g carbs. My only thought so far is orange juice.
