You lift HOW much?!

>you lift HOW much?!

135 faggot

deadlift starts at 135 faggot
Literally reached that before i started lifting

I started at less because I wanted to get form down properly.

Now on 5x5 I haven't failed a single set.

>tfw can't post your starting lifts or people call you 'lair lair lair'

Tfw manual labor job + good genetics

because posting them and claiming you were "untrained" prior is a lie, user.

975, 1000 pound club here I commmmmeee

If you've never lifted weights before you're untrained

so manual labor does not involve lifting any kind of heavy objects?

It's not training, there's no progression
Besides that the heaviest shit you'll ever have to move is no heavier than 100-150 pounds

i hit 115kg / 253.5 lbs bench press today for 3x5

i'm starting to distance myself from the gym casuals

4 plates plus the bar
Plus my own body
Plus the air above the plates and bar

I guess there's a reason you work manual labor.

440 squat
475 dead
315 bench

>I haven't failed
>praise me

amerifats never cease to amaze

My sister probably has more testosterone than those two guys together

>he doesn't take humidity into account increasing resistance through the air

what's your job?

Gay porn

>Z-zumba and Wii fit

I lift the country bitch

*wagecucks til death*

60kg deadlift
Am I female in a female body

825 combined

205 Bench
285 Squat
335 Deadlift

Started off around 8-9 months ago Auschwitz mode couldn't even bench 95

>FOUR WHOLE PLATES?
>WITHOUT A BELT?
>YOU ABSOLUTE MADMAN
Happened to me IRL
I wish normies would leave and hardcore motherfuckers would tell me I ain't shit.

a hardcore motherfucker would tell you that lifting without a belt is just autistic and does nothing but increase your risk of injury.

you're like the cunt who thinks he's cool for not wearing a seatbelt

Do you think Lewis has Mein Kampf on his bedside cabinet?

Just started this week, after being a fat lazy piece of shit decided to do something so my amount isnt that big.

I lift 40kgs I do about 100 benches, 30 curls and 20 miscellaneous. I.e deadlifting or squats. I do this each day increasing my weight every few days. And increasing my sets.

Also I have a question for other females... my nips feel bruised after workouts... is this normal?

nice

redpill me on belts. i don't use one but i'm getting fairly strong now and wonder if i should get one

a belt lets you contract your abs harder by giving them something to push against. the harder ab contract is beneficial for two main reasons: your abs get stronger over time and you can lift more weight safely. all in all, someone using a belt will get stronger than his theoretical twin that lifted beltless, both with AND without a belt.

whats the best belt?

>misspelling "liar" three times in a row

neck yourself my dude

SBD, but if you don't want to spend a gorrilion dollars then Titan Longhorn or Inzer is good too

Wow! Haven't failed a set of 5 for 135? That's so impressive user!

While most of what you said is true, your abs do not get stronger with a belt versus without. It's a safety net that will get you injured if overused. Belts should only be used really for maximal sets (90%+) or if there is a preexisting injury.

>tell people you can deadlift 315lbs
>they're impressed or skeptical until you show them
>cry inside because until you lift twice as much you'll never impress strangers on the internet

;_;

40 WHOLE pounds

13kg of osmium

Nice broscience.

Abdominal transversus is the muscle that activates the core pressurization mechanism and this muscle will not be execised properly if a belt is used. Belts should be used only by experienced lifters.

How heavy is that in iron plates?

this is the right idea, its more just gives you something to push against and puts less stress on the spine

never give anyone advice ever again

>i do about 100 benches

kek

Thats like 43,2 litres of schemeck holy crap
