I actually achieved this physique after 4 months of lifting. I started from 52kg 173cm, and just lean bulked.

My friend has a egde trimming compagny and he maintains this shape all summer long.
I worked with him for a month we were eating big ass meals maybe 3500-4000 calories a day and i was still loosing weight...
So i think its all about being at a small deficits and working out volume and shit
