It's literally the same heel material as the PP2, but people will argue for hours that the heel is worse.

4th for flat sole shoes are the only way to go.

Any other option means you're a powerfat who cant even do a bodyweight squat without tipping over

You don't >need them for lowbar, but some people do prefer them.

However, if you do front squats or cleans/snatches, the heels are pretty important.

I've found that the heels are pretty useful for benching as well. Even people who squat in flats like to bench in heels, Brett Gibbs as an example.

I have a hard job and work long shifts. 4 days a week i just sleep, lift and work. I cook all my food for the week on my day off. You actually have a leg up on sedentary people because your conditioning will be much better.

I'm at month 5 of grad thesis that should have taken 2-3months.

Last like 40 activities in the google drive we work in is by me. When we turned in a preliminary draft 2 months ago the last week I had done 12 pages of well-reffed work and he said he was "working outside google drive so the pages dont move around". When we put together the document he had written barely 2 pages where large parts were block quotes from interviews we've done that we had already quoted in a previous chapter.

And now the last 2 weeks ive been working on a draft that im turning in on tuesday and he has done diddly squat. He keeps saying shit like "yeah ill get on it!" and when I try to get a hold of him he uses the same 3-4 shitty excuses over and over.

From my experience, 30 minutes on each subject every night outside of exam/prep periods was enough to stay at a good grade average (90%+) for high school.

For uni, I'm currently treating it like my job. So spend 8 hours a day on Uni (9-5) and then do whatever else I want for the rest of the day. Seems to be working out pretty well considering I've got HDs in all my subjects except one which I'm failing

What's your routine look like?
Had to cut down volume?
Thinking of 2-3 lifts 4x a week with optional daily chins until I'm able to do them weighted again.
