That does look like it's possible natty though. He isn't very lean so it definitely seems possible after 10 years or something.
Of course I don't know anything about the natty limit since I've only been lifting 1 year 7-8 months or so and am still gaining muscle really quickly.

honestly i can handle some work during the week but not heavy... for example, my last 5RM for pause squat was 240x5, i attempted 245 on tuesday...only got 2 reps.
in short, during the week i have no energy for peaking sets...
to be frank, i want to use Sat/Sun as FB days for heavy work, and during the week... volume? rest pause? etc
My advice my be shit since I'm weak, but that sounds good: I would do some RPE 7-8ish volume work during the week so you don't have to worry about failing anything and do your heavier stuff on the weekend then.
