How do I get more energy?

How do I get more energy?

I'm always tired as fuck, even after a good nights rest.

I'm trying to avoid overeating, coffee, and especially energy drinks. the former two never work for me anyway.

You have sleep apnea. You might die in your sleep one of these days.

Quitting porn worked for me.

Fuck, this might be what's messing with me. I'm addicted to that shit.

Yeah m8 it fucks with you, used to edge for a good 30 mins to an hour before bed to tumblr amateurs and would wake up feeling like a grimy scrub.

Stopped doing that, still feel tired but less like total shit, if that makes sense.

>400+ MG of caffeine doesn't work
>250MG does.

No clue why people think energy drinks have somehow more caffeine then coffee.

>tracer gf
delet this

If you are cutting that might be it, every time I cut my calories I feel like tired all the time.

How are your micros?

You need those to function properly. Do a little more research on your typical diet and see if you need to buy some supplements to fill in the blanks.

not OP but I go on anywhere from 600-1600 mg a day because of tolerance. Sometimes I take a two hour nap right after taking it.

You have depression senpai

1) exercise so you get tired and sleep better
2) take magnesium for better sleep
3) don't take caffeine or stimulants
4) get some sunshine or take the equivalent vitamin
5) B6 and B12 so you feel better overall

>tfw no irl tracer to lift for

I'm legit scared I have this. I drool a lot when I sleep, I get night sweats frequently and I never feel well rested...

USE YOUR ANGER

1,6gram of caffeine per day
Wat

i want her i want her so bad shes mine no one elses mine

Try to sleep on your side.

Might be nonceliac gluten sensitivity.

>tfw no cosplay gf

this. had the same problem, helps to sleep on your side but really theres not much you can do without a machine. unless you are fat, it helps to lose weight so you dont have fat around your neck

this is not a thing. no medical literature accepts "gluten" intolerance

Youre not up to date, buddy.

Same - workout 4x week, rarely drink anymore and have a regular sleep pattern but still wake up feeling tired and not rested. I've suffered from it most of my life (28 now).

Decided to finally get it sorted. Saw the doctor and eventually (after a few visits) got him to send me to be tested for Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

On seeing the doctor, when you explain your symptoms they'll try and tell you to drink less, exercise, get regular sleep etc so you have to be pretty firm to get it investigated further.

Feels bad OP I'm in the same boat. Except mines a little different, because mine is more sleep oriented because I can't sleep. Have you changed your diet recently? Non diabetic people can have low sugar levels too you know

Stop fapping and watching porn, change your oil once a week so it doesn't leak out while you are sleeping.
Take magnesium citrate, vit. D3, eat your veggies.
No caffeine and no sugar (sucrose), ever again.

If you don't feel better in 3 months go to your doc. Take a complete hormonal panel test.

Grandma tier
This isn't reddit, open up a book son.

>tfw have been told i have mild to moderate sleep apnea after going to an overnight study
>didn't go to the followup after reading online that the place was sketchy and push the machine on you so they make more money

Get your blood tested and tell a doc your symptoms.
There's no point trying to self-diagnose.

Overtaxed CNS? What's your program like?

if you don't eat enough you'll be tired. Try taking a B vitamin complex and consider supplementing maca, it may help. Try jogging too.

When I'm getting very sleepy I tense all the muscles in my body for 5 seconds, release for 3, tense for 5, release for 3 and then tense again for 5. That wakes me up at least

Honey works. Bees make it.

>change your oil once a week so it doesn't leak out while you are sleeping.

I'm sorry what?

increase test + vitamin d

Think he means rub one out.

WE NEED HIGH ENERGY, FOLKS!

I quit gluten some odd weeks ago and I feel less tired. I was tested for celiac when I was a kid but it was negative.

If you're cutting, try eating at maintenance briefly.

I was cutting for 6 months and felt tired for almost all of it, legit diagnosed depression towards the end of it. Started bulking two weeks ago and now I feel full of energy all the time, and I wake up earlier without an alarm.

idk but I just bought some Vitamin D3 capsules for the first time and I suddenly feel life

could I have had a deficiency?
