How to fix anterior pelvic tilt?
Engage your glutes. Build core strength. Engage core while lifting
My buddy is dyel hunchback and he fucks more girls than anyone I know. He's an absolute madman though.
I can't comfortably sit cross legged, what do?
Dafuq is core.
>implying I improve posture for girls
>Dafuq is core.
Please be joking
Seriously, seems like a vague term invented by crossfitters.
Engage the core. Dafuq is that.
Tfw posture used to be great when I was a neet, then getting a job meant I'm at a fucking desk all day and it's back to fucked.
>Fell for the Ido portal meme
do abs wheels
then you will learn how to engage your core
you should feel it in your abs not your lower back though
abs wheels?
Pic is from google.
...
Have you actually tried to google it?
Seems it's like one of those fictitious terms like core and inverted rows.
How about correcting dorsal kyphosis?
How bad is it?
Abs and back. holy shit, you retard.
Anyone?
jus bee youreslef :^)
The core is your core
AKA your core
Leg and hip stretches?
It's literally a penis joke illustration.
"Erector spinae", really?
Why the fuck you need to combine both abs and back into a single thing? Still vague concept btw. Why not include the chest? Is it lower back or upper back or the whole back?
Damn, doesn't look great but its fixable. Get on to it sooner rather than later, lordosis puts unneeded stress on your spine, its only going to get worse in time. Plus you'll generally be better balanced when you fix it.
Watch these, do as they say, fix yo'self.

Also a good ab exercise here, similar to an ab wheel but doesn't need the wheel:

>he doesn't stretch after every workout
Why do you faggots just leave the gym. I spend like 5-10 minutes whatever the workout was that day
Just observe tongue posture and everything will be fine in a couple of months.
t. guy who did
It's the center (as in the core) of your body, you illiterate fucking asspie.
Go to dictionary.com and fuck off
>tfw giraffe neck and it naturally slouches forward but if I consciously correct my posture it looks like I'm intentionally looking down my nose at everything bc lanklet

Give me a good stretching routine, I literally have no idea how to do it.

How to fix rounded shoulders and forward head?
bump
Row row row.
And propah plank.
how do i fix
If you don't understand then maybe you should try something else than lifting...
heavy deadlifts.
I've tried ad wheels for a while, they were goat at the beginning.
Now I can knock 15 and not feel much.
Any more and posture crumbles.
How do I make it more challenging?
Check out Guerilla Zen on YouTube, he covers everything from your head to your toes
Your posture shouldn't crumble though, as long as you have a strong core, lower traps, serratus, rhomboids etc you should be able to still stabilize yourself. Seems like you need to work on that part
Anyone here who has a lot of video/reading material for getting /perfect/ posture?
Always I see "do yoga breh" thrown around here often, but how do I even start with yoga? I cant just do autistic poses on my own
>I cant just do autistic poses on my own
Sure you can
question is how helpful that'll be
but i guess some spastic movement is better than nothing
In my case it helps with stretching tight muscles that attribute to bad posture and restrictive breathing but it's also a good stress reliever since it requires mindfulness and patience
...
sauce? i see its a page from some book
No idea but I'd like to know too
do them on your knees then on your toes then find some stairs and incline
