Oh yeah I hit my 170kg triple. Last rep was RPE 11, I was midway up for a good 5 seconds. Biggest grind up of my life. I guess this puts my one rep max at 180-185? I feel like I could definitely do a single at 180 since the first rep felt pretty easy

I did 5 cycles this year and never got more than 2 except on deadlift.
Did you fail the reps during the cycle?
I didn't even get 3 sets of the 4x6 at the start and I still got 3 reps.

I always do good on the first 2 weeks.
Third Week goes ok, I never miss reps but often only get 4-5 Reps on the sets.
It's basically only the last week where I really can't get the wheights up.
Also deads are horrible Week 1-4 but go up well on Test day
That's crazy, I'd easily put weeks 1 and 2 as way harder than any of the others. Guess you're just good at higher reps

Tried everything. Tried doing ohp on light day. Tried going back to pause bench monday. Tried backoff sets 3x3 like you said on ID. Stuck with the various setups for at least 3 weeks but ID would just not go up. I don't know if it's too much volume of too little.
