I've lost my motivation a long time ago. I still go 5 times a week because I need the gains to be able to love myself and be happy.

Might as well just quit if you don't enjoy it thoroughly.

I've kept lifting, even just at a casual level sometimes, because I love the feeling of lifting some heavy ass weight. Perhaps if you dug deep and see what really motivates you to lift you can make your choice to continue or not.

Haven't gone in a week, currently trying to keep it at once a week at least and I know it's enough as fuck for the manlet I am.
Winter and work fuck my motivation up lads.

Guys do care but they will still treat you fairly good if youre out of shape and pleasant

I asked the doctors about fertility and testosterone levels. Didn't get any tests done but apparently the other one takes over testosterone production to put me back to normal levels.

Still going to try and get my bloods and sperm count done just to make sure and get it out of my mind.

I don't need motivation, for I have discipline. Not it is a habit, and I wake up and go to the gym on automatic

Reason is I can't eat starch food like cornflakes, flat bread, pizza and other goody without getting uncomfortable much stomach gas, and normally I don't eat those foods, but lastly I've had such a damn strong urge it's almost painful to go many days without some

gluten really gives my stomach a ride, but it seems I can't properly digest starch either
