im doing this for 6 months, it really depends on what flavour your protein has.

double chocolate /w milk is basically cacoa. if you add the banana it has a really nice taste. the oatmeal taste is negligible (at least mine) but it does make the shake thiccier and has good macros

if you respect your body, dont do this shit. it wouldn't kill you but your quality of life for the next 3-4 hours would be fairly bad, as well as the long term affects of taking liquid shit like this

i made these way back in like 2011:
for the shake, I now do:
2 cups milk
half a frozen banana
giant dollop peanut butter
2 scoops whey

nice. i still can't get it down tho if i use peanut butter in the shake. for some ungodly reason the good ol' gag reflex just takes over.
