More meat is better than more egg whites if you're looking to boost that protein intake, cuz meat is more nutrient dense. Either way yolks are based.

Ive gone through periods in my diet when I was doing 8 eggs a day every day. I recommend it, its a great way to get good fats and protein at the same time.

Yeah it's biweekly. And it's not just for breakfast, there's also different hot foods served for lunch, plus the salad bar, the nacho dispenser, any sort of drink you could want, including motherfuckin energy drink from a fountain (that's still blowing my mind), a little freezer section where they put frozen yogurt and ice cream inside, and finally multiple different bowls full of fruit including apples, grapes, bananas, and oranges. It's really got anything a guy could ever ask for from a break room.

Still left after around six months. It's a great job for saving money and making gains, but the hours were fucking terrible and my social gains were seriously lacking.

Maybe I just got lucky, but I managed to get a full time position during the day shift. Socialization is definitely not an issue because of this. I'm still fully capable of hanging out with my bros after work when I want to, in fact three of them come to my house to work out with me when I get off.

Life is really good for me right now for once, and if I stay long enough things can only get better if I move up to a better paying department. I hope all of you can find a comfy little position in life like I have as well, my friends.

Sometimes I'd get like a solitary Wednesday off, other times it'd be like Monday, Tuesday and Thursday all in the same week. Almost never a weekend, almost always working nights.
