I can tell you look a lot more dyel because of the angle. Post frontal pic nice arms faggot

wow man, from nothing to a human body in only 14 months? great progress

>rs. Too lean to be honest you might not be growing that much with that low bf

These people actually offer advice on Veeky Forums

Yeah nah OP all I see is hate and most likely cunts straight out of jelly

Looking good for 14 months, stats?

Your forearms have that biceps iso only look. Don't be afraid to swing some bells around.

How much progress can I make in 1-2 months with working out every day and eating well. I am sort of skinny fat with a little bit of muscle, I look like shit but want to improve quickly for a vacation. I plan on running and living weights every day. Will there be a noticeable change in this time frame? I use to lift but this last year of school really fucked me hard.

If you're willing to live weights to the fullest you're gonna cut it

>progress
>dont post a picture before

lmao i meant lifting familia tbqh

you have the wrong mentality my friend

I think people can make some stunning progress in just a couple of months, only if you do it properly though

you dont need to lift and run every day. Thats how you burn out chancho

You need to post the "after" if you want feddback, bruh

POST BEFORE YOU STUPID COCK

Forearms are small

>that's how you burn out
>he doesn't get an endorphin rush from excercise
>he doesn't get a huge sense of accomplishment from growing year by year
>he doesn't genuinely enjoy lifting

And cardio is good for health regardless of what you fags say and not that bad on your gains

theres no way youre actually this retarded

sorry 1-2 months is honestly not enough time to see progress that anyone else would really notice. You will pretty much look the same as you do now. Lifting takes a lot more time to see real progress
