I've hit the point where I'm too fat to gain any more weight and need to cut.

I think I'm going to just run Gnuckols programs while I cut from around 200 to 170-175, in specific 3x Int Bench, 2x Beg Squat and 1x Beg Deadlift and hope to maintain and maybe slightly improve my mediocre lifts.

Around 5'9-5'10. I bulked too fast and just put on a large amount of fat rather than muscle, so I look absolutely horrible right now.

Probably going to end up going 75% since I still need to do a few sets of 5 after, and so I don't want to completely kill myself on that first set so that I can't complete the next few.

deadlifts are a hard one to gauge as fatigue sets in earlier than other lifts

I'd theoretically like to walk around at 95kg, but where I am now I need to lose a large amount of this fat I'm carrying purely because I feel and look like a fatass and that's impacting me mentally. Once I cut down to a lean enough weight and start slowly gaining again I think everything will turn out right. I learned my lesson from this first bulk of mine to not absolutely gorge myself as I'll just end up flabby and instead take the slower route.
