1,036 + 774 + 780 = 2590
your 1,036 calories from fat is 40% on the dot so great job.
your 774 calories from carbohydrates is ~29.884% so you actually went a little under
your 780 calories from protein is ~30.116% so you actually went a little bit over.
I understand it's hard to work a full time job, exercise, diet well, and keep track of your macros with accuracy, but I promise you it's worth it to be a bit more precise and not spread lies on the internet.

Trying to lean bulk on around 3200 kcal, what macro ratio would you guys suggest? 40/30/30 would mean I'd have to eat 240g protrin, which seems a bit like overkill.
190-210 protein, 50-70 fat, and fill the rest with carbs.
