your form is garbage. if your ohp is going up very fast and your bench isn't, it's gotta be a form problem.

I think the best OHP to Bench ratio is about 0.6kg OHP per 1kg of Bench
So if youre benching 100kg you probably should OHP 60kg

yeah it probably varies but seems about right
Mate you have to keep an arch in your lower back with feet flat on the floor and bring your shoulder blades back. This puts much less stress on your rotator cuff, involves the chest more and allows you to use your glutes and hamstrings to stabilize

It's the other way round for me, since starting bulk, my dumbbell bench has skyrocketed from 35 to 70kg in the last 3 Months, meanwhile I've only increased by like 15kg on OHP

A friend of mine has some weird thing in his legs and his calves are tiny as fuck, he struggles with squats and deads too. I've always had strong legs, much stronger than my upper body

Do you have long arms? Deadlifting is easier with long arms, while benching is heavier.
