How do I know if a girl is looking/checking me out? Like at the gym, walking by me, etc. I feel like I'm so terrible at noticing (friends tell me they see girls checking me out all the time but I never notice). I know a lot of you other anons have the same problem.

I don't think it was a coincidence that today I was wearing a shirt that actually fit and showed off my gains. Don't be afraid to wear a smaller shirt. If a shirt looks baggy in any way it looks shitty, making you look shitty and fat.
