If you're DHT sensitive, expect some hair loss while on it. Not nearly enough studies have been done to connect creatine usage to hair loss, but one did find a possible connection between creatine loading (as in 25g per day shit) and an increase in DHT, a hormone commonly associated with male baldness. If you're not DHT sensitive or not loading creatine, you should be fine.

If you're not drinking enough water to go with yout 5g per day, expect liver problems.

If you're doing everything right, then you should see some strengthening in your bones, marginally more energy to get that one extra rep in, and a stronger immune system.

Also ignore Creatine is a supplement, not a steroid. It is 100% natty approved.
