More than any fat powerlifter that ever existed in the world combined.

They don't have to slow all of that weight. If each of them takes 20kg, it's now less than 80% of his 1RM and he could do 10 reps with it.

And that's just the upper body part, the core and posterior chain are as hard in their own way.
A powerlifter or oly lifter wouldn't even be close. Nobody can naturally do a planche. It takes specialized strength training, and this is the planche + 10

I looked into this a few months back and it was slightly disheartening to see that you'd need to be probably 80kg at most as a taller person to be able to do these, and that's after multiple years of practice (same as getting 6+ plate deadlift) - so in a way, getting absolutely good at weights at at these are impossible together as you need to sacrifice one for the other.
