It gets even worse: I do OHP 3x a week and the rest once. I've noticed I can do way more reps of OHP at lower weights and can bench way more, but my OHP seems stuck at 85kg for one with now way up. Can do 3 with 80 but as soon as I hit 85 it's like that is my permenant 1RM.

Also I my bench reverse grip off the rack because I hate having spotters and normal grip kills my shoulders. I do close grip sometimes and can usually rep with my 1rm on reverse. Literally only thing that hurts my shoulders is lateral raises and width greater than shoulder bench with overhand.

I feel yah op. My diddy and squat are about the same too. My diddy was a lot higher but my grip strength is bad so had to deload. My squats won't stop going up.
