Whats your best accessory lift? I work in construction and carry around shit all the time so my shoulders can hold a lot of weight in weird positions. I can do db flies with 60s using no momentum. I can also do upright rows with 275, with a bit of momentum..., but i think its impressive.

All buckets and rope pulling paid off a bit for the gym at least.
