I ate a lot today and yesterday. I didnt gain weight from yesterday but why would I get super hungry every so often? I do feel really good though, high energy and confidence is up, as is libido if that has anything to do with it.

So I have noticed that every time that I have lifted I have never been able to grow my outer sweep in my legs. I typically squatted ATG and usually did 3 x 5. At one point I reset all the way back down to 135lbs and did 5 x 10 adding 10lbs a workout up until 245lbs. Then proceeded to do 3 x 10 until 275lbs and after all of that my outer sweep pretty much stayed the same. I also keep my feet close together when I leg press.
What exercises can I do to help bring up that outer sweep? Because at this point I don't think I am genetically capable of growing that muscle.

Today I squatted 37.5 kg (82ish lbs) , it obviously wasn't easy but I managed it and feel like I can increase weight next workout. However, since there are no racks in the shitty uni gym I have to press the barbell over my head to get into squat position and I'm not sure I can do that motion with any heavier weight. Should I still increase or play it safe and squat the previous weight next time?
