Anyone tried one legged leg press? Is it superior to standard leg press?
I do 4 days of U/L split, so my lower body days look like:
Lower A:

>SL/Romanian Deadlift 3x8
>Leg Presses 4x12
>Hamstring Curls 3x8
>Calf Raises 4x10
Lower B
>Deadlift 4x6
>Front Squat 3x12
>Lunges 4x8

highbar, front bar and deads? what else are you supposed to do lul

Don't need anything else.
I go as low as I can on low bar squats, and that's just a little below parallel. I can ATG with high bar but I tend to round my back, so I don't do them. If I had the mobility to go ATG with good form, I'd do it.
Normally, high bar ATG. When I'm trying to impress noobs, I do low bar parallel so I appear as if I can squat more weight.

Leg press 4x8 or More reps, Just High volume basically
Leg curls for hamstring 4x8 or more
Calve raises 4x8 or More

my butt hurts like crazy the next day, legs not so much

Rdl and lunges hit the butt hard, to get more leg exhaustion add in isos and do only 1 squat variation, its not like fsq and bsq are entirely different exercises
about 2 squats, 3 and a half if it's a good day
the rest of my leg day consists of getting out of my seat to vacate my bowels once a week
what kind of leg isolation can i do? we don't have leg press machine so i do both squat variations. why shouldn't i be doing both?
