Two months deep. Have a history of athletics so that why I made fast progress, not CHAD genetics.

This is embarrassing but 2 and a half years. 2 years on/off doing retarded shit that got me no where and half a year SL that actually did some for me.

I don't know really. Only done stupid lifts until I tried SL. Now I'm starting on Bill Starr's 5x5. I'm working my way back up to where I left on SL. Then I'm supposed to increase my lifts 2.5 % every week. Then I hope my strenght stays symmetrical.

Started training at 21 when I was 340 pounds

Got down to 180 when I was in basic training.

Diet has NEVER been good. I just like lifting

Back Squat 405x5 3 sets
Front Squat 315x3
Deadlift 405x15 or 495x1
Bench is 315x3 or 340x1
Overhead is 225x3 for 3 sets or 250 push press
Row is 315x5 without cheating.

Haven't been able to do pull-ups since I injured my rotator cuff. T-Bar Rows and Cable Rows help get the back going, though.

I hit 315 for bench in August but just now got back to it because of the same injury. Take care of yourselves, bros.

Those numbers don't really show us what exactly you can pull, use the estimated maxes for the picture instead my man, it will help us gauge your lifts/bodyweight much better.
