Bareball bar

Why would you need anything more?

Its all you need to become good looking.

A dumbbell can easily go up to 80kg, i bet half here couldn't even curl it for more than 2 times.

Literally set for life, or atleast years.

And you don't waste half an hour driving to the gym.

Literally no downsides.

curl 80kg dumbbell?
fuck off CT fletcher

>curl 80kg dumbbell
>mfw form so bad I shake off my autism

Now that i think about it. Wouldn't heavy as fuck dumbbells be enough for upper body?

I bet doing triceps extensions with a 80+kg dumbbell would leave most "casual lifters" dead on the floor.

nah its too easy
only thing 80kgs in enough are lateral raises, but thats about it.
You should get atleast 150kgs dumbbells

>You should get atleast 150kgs dumbbells

Post a video of yourself curling that 3x10 pls.

>not able to curl 330pounds for 10 reps with one arm
not gonna make it

>there are people on Veeky Forums that can't curl 80kg

I thought summer was over

80kg=/=150kg

For what fucking purpose

>a bench or two

I bet half of the shit you have at home could work as a bench

>have this
>tfw squatting without a squat rack

>power rack
What am i fucking gay.

Then don't do Squats.

Atleast you will not have a broken back by the time you are 30

This
>Not bench pressing in your bed for comfy gains
>Not using chairs to hold the bar while making those comfy gains.

This thread is amazing. Who are you OP? I need to know more about the guy that does 80+kg tricep extensions but uses "household furniture" as a bench?

>Local man killed after trying to bench press 225lbs on an ikea coffee table

Everything a lifter needs
>barbell
>plates
>power rack with pull-up bar
>bench
>belt for hanging plates from waist

Optional but a good idea
>dumbells
>weightlifting belt
>something to do dips with
>weightlifting shoes
>a cardio machine
>a gf

Did I miss anything?

you're not gonna be able to progress consistently with dumbbells you dink

>not becoming mr Olympia with dumbbells and household furniture
aint gun meak it

You can do everything but chest with a barbell and dumbells (no rack).

i have a shitton of free weights with bars and dumbells but I can't get strong enough to lift a lot without a bench and squat rack. What are alternatives to 5x5 with those limits?
