Today's my adderall day. 30mg down the hatch. Lifted this morning and already ate breakfast & lunch so I'm good to go for the rest of the afternoon, yippykaiyay motherfuckers
I take 20mg just about every day. It gives me insomnia when I take it and I only eat about half as many calories as I should be while on it. So today and yesterday I am not taking it. I'll try to get a good night's sleep tonight and take it early tomorrow because if this keeps up I'm gonna oversleep my exams and lose my gains.

My finals arn't till next week. However, this is the last time series of finals for my MS. Pretty hyped.
I let the stimulant aspect of my life out of control a semester ago. I will go through half a pot of coffee before 11 if I don't think about it. I'm starting to cut back now. Adderall is dope, vyvanse is straight fire. But everything in moderation brothers.

My buddy who was screen for ADD for three months and kept denying he had it says that it makes him actually functional. He doesn't get the euphoria that I do when I use it to study. If you actually NEED it, then it will help you out a lot.
But man I am toeing a dangerous line right now because I'm in med school and it's hard to say no to the demon that tells you to just take some adderall. I don't want to become dependent on it, but damn it makes lifting fun.
Taking amphetamines is just like taking an eca stack. It doesn't make you perform better (homeostasis) just makes you more focused (less hungry) . Why not just force yourself to study for those willpower gains?

my experience on vyvance, would take 50 mg then another 50g like 3 hours in for slow release
basically i would just study like a motherfucker, but only on things i found interesting. I still couldnt get myself to study boring shit like biology
i would also drink just retarded amounts of water. like several gallons, mainly because my mouth would get really dry. i would eat almost nothing because the drymouth sucked with food
i wouldnt get easily distracted if i started my work, but if i were watching a show while waiting for it to kick in, id get SUPER invested in that show and make several threads about it on Veeky Forums before i realized i needed to get to work
and it would almost always end with me switching to some other work, and then putting porn on in a side window, getting naked, and beating off with one hand for fucking hours while i finished the other work
good times, and super useful, but i lost a lot of weight and made no gains doing that, so never again
