Is it bad to do a lot of pullups? I have a pullup bar that i do variations on. I can do atleast 8 pullups at a time as it is, but I want to get stronger. Are pullups good for gaining strength? Can doing pullups give me better grip strength and endurance for sex?

Are threads like this bait or just extremely dumb people?
What's a good pullup routine to be able to progress in terms of strength and pullup endurance?
I did a 100 pullup per day challenge and fucked up my elbow after a week of it.
Had to stop training for over a week and couldn't sleep from the pain.
Just don't overdo it and watch yourself.
Grip strength is worth chasing in it's own right. You can buy one of those rubber twisting devices or you can get a deflated old basketball and twist that. The slight twisting/clasping motion is better for the joints than a weighted curl.
Planks and pushups are best for sex, especially the one's where you clap in between pushups, it's good practice for randomly slappin' yo bitch up.
>My form is utter shit
>Don't do this exercise too much guys it will hurt
Yes and do chin-ups too they are the best shit ever created. Weighted chin-ups are the most god tier exercise there is
