By maximizing progress, I assume that you mean - dedicated meal plan and going 4+ times a week, that has started only around 6 months ago since I didn't have any cash when I started due to working part-time and going to lectures

how accurate is this anyway? looking at my own weight i'm already past proficient after 5 months but that can't be?

judging from my progress i'll be hitting advanced numbers in roughly 3 more months

Are you very short?
I can't vouch for the accuracy, but that's the overview symmetric gives. I'm still novice (59,8 score) after 9 months, but people progress very differently. Genetics, diet, sleep w/e.

Yeah that's the difference. Someone 5 feet tall will weigh less than someone 7 feet tall- thus the website thinks that the shorter person is MUCH better at lifting weights because they lift the same at a lower body weight- even if they have the same amount of muscle.

Beat a PR for Diddies and OHP yesterday. Numbers aren't that good but I left the gym feeling genuinely good.
I think about and anticipate lifting for the enxt day before I go to bed. And I like this.
