I'm preparing to cutting. Any cutting diets? Any advise? How much gains I will lose?

I eat the same thing as when I'm bulking, only less of it

I read the sticky and I got a lot of info from gym bodybuilders and nutriologist. I'm thinking in chicken and vegetables with no carbs. Problem is im not a very creative cooker

Best way to lose fat 2bh becasue you can eat whatever the fuck you want. And with intermittent fasting you can have feats like A whole large pizza, or a Five Guys double bacon cheeseburger with cajun fries, and still consistently lose 1.5 lbs a week
