Deadlift thread

Lets guess how much the user above deadlifts just by his picture.
POST PIC FOR THE NEXT ONE.

Op I'm guessing somewhere around 375.

Also old picture but had 535 on here.

Good thread OP

400

Lol no that guys a manlet. I'm 5'11" king of manlets.

Close. 545 with straps 515 without. Pic related. Sorry for the shit quality and yes we had to use caution tape to hold the 25s on because the gyms bars are short af.

Wrong pic

lol that one guy holy shit dead ringer

your calves and forearms ruin your whole physique bro

S-Sasha?

You mean they need bigger? Or just bad insertions?

Size, it could just be the angle though,

...

Word. I started isolating forearms recently(big mistake to neglect them). I'll reevaluate on the calves.

...

how much do you weigh in this?

About 185 give or take a few. When I did 545 I was at 215. I also did 515 with straps the other day but didnt get vid.

5'11" king of manlets myself, I look forward to getting to that level. Good job bro

Thanks chief

how is that pic related? looks like 495 unless there's a 10 hidden inside somewhere?

is 5'11" the best height for actual strenght gainz?
eric lilliebridge is 5'11"
or is it just roids?

Depends on what you mean by strength. Lifting more weight=stronger or having stronger muscles= stronger?
For example, Usain Bolt has a higher power output off the blocks than Ben Johnson, but there's no fucking way he can squat 600 for reps, or even half that much.
Taller people have stronger muscles generally, but due to leverages, range of motion, etc they aren't able to lift as much.
There are many exceptions, and i think the perfect muscle size to range of motion ratio is best achieved at 6'2'' and 6'3''
Mark Felix 6'5'' Hafthor 6'9'' Eddie Hall 6'3'' Zydrunas 6'3''

lmao1pl8

I'm pretty tiny right now, 6'1 @ 189lbs.

I only do 5RM so try to guess that.

I used the wrong pic see my second post

It really must suck being a manlet. Not only is he probably near his max natty potential, but the guy in the jacket and pants probably doesn't even lift, yet still appears bigger than the manlet.

I don't have a picture but I deadlifted 150kg (2x bw) today.
Felt pretty good.

>straps
>mixed grip
For what purpose

245kg
