The rest of the time: knee and hip pain. I don't think this surgery even fixed the root problem, just dealt with the symptoms.
Honestly everything south of my waist including my intenstines has been problematic since forever. I would happily trade my entire lower half of my body for prosthetics if they were functional.

Which part, the split deadlift? They're trying to get you to work on the separate parts so that one isn't limiting the other, and then the other crap in between is just to give you a rest so you can hit the other half hard

Those are the skill tests, where you test for new maxes.
Theres a lot of warmup sets but they are usually just one rep, so you don't really get tired from them.
I'd definitely agree that either IR or OKC are the best RH albums, but they're not my personal favourite.

I did advanced novice on SS but my squat started to overtake my deadlift by a lot. since you only dead once every week or two. I didn't really like it that much.

advance novice is set up so you rotate deadlift and powerclean once a week. so like i said you only dead once every week or second week.
thats 3x5. deadlift is going up every week on TM so far but mondays volume day is leaving me exhausted all week.

I feel like your back isn't as developed as your legs. Its the only explanation i can think of. You should try sumo (since its more leg dominant) to see if maybe it feels better.

im in your situation, and im doing that. Linear progression from a deload is probably the best option.
