I used to go to a gym 2 years ago and I had the weight I want now, but later on I quited as I am a pussy and didn't want to go to the gym alone.

At the moment I work, as so even if I wanted I don't have much time to go to a gym and also I don't have a lot of money to spend on one....

PLEASE tell me what should I do by myself to lose 15 kg's.

What food should I eat when i wake up/snacks when im hungry/dinners/b4 i go to sleep? And should I only drink water?

What about exercises? What is the most efficient so I can lose weight? Just runing? Or is there anything else I can do?

cut out processed foods and sugar. same goes for drinks. don't drink too much alcohol. water and carbonated water is fine.

I don't think eating less is the right solution in my case as I eat a lot of shit that the family puts on the fridge. I need to start buying my own stuff. avoid buying processed foods and sweets. buy stuff that can be picked from ground/or tree or whatever had legs.

oats, eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, milk, potatoes, rice, beans, vegetables, fruit (in moderation), fish, chicken or turkey breast, even bacon. shit like that. i don't know from the top of my head. read sticky.

cook your own food and cut out all the sugary shit and alcohol. not saying to never drink or eat chocolate again but if you must do it like 1 per week and in moderation.

water is the best yes. carbonated water is also very good but not sweetened or with any kind of sugary shit in it. coffee is fine too.

if you don't like the taste of water squeeze some freshly squeezed lemon/orange juice in it.

If you eat 1500 calories a day, you WILL lose weight. If you eat 1500 calories a day and run a mile every day, you will lose weight even faster.
