>dem triple doubles
Nomnomnomnom

Usually just natural quark with a banana on the side. I'm not a big eater in the mornings

overnight oats

>1 cup of rolled oats
>1 cup of greek yogurt
>1 cup of 2 percent milk
>1 scoop of whey
>1 tbsp of chia seeds
>2 tbsp of flax
>stir that shit up and let it soak over night then boom breakfast is ready every morning.

A bowl of oats with milk and honey, and a banana. Usually eat peanut butter toast about an hour later.

Today was

>a quadruple serving of oats (160 grams), made with milk, walnuts, cranberries, chia seed, cinammon, and some cream and brown sugar on top
>a single serve cup of greek yogurt
>a glass of milk with 1 scoop
>a cup of black coffee

About to make the second cup of black coffee.

>1 cup of oatmeal, with cinnamon, frozen blueberries, and a bit a milk.
>6 eggs scrambled, with some cheese and sriracha
>A yeti tumbler's worth of coffee with a bit of milk
>Some type of fruit: Banana, applesauce, etc.
>Spoonful or two of Greek Yogurt

If I'm feeling starving I'll eat a natural PB sandwich on 12 grain bread as well.

i'd feel like shit after such a meal, that's way too carb-oriented ratio for me, i'd probably end up pissing every 15 minutes

this is why i usually have eggs with bacon and a banana+milk+cocoa shake

coffee with butter in it
tub of plain greek yogurt with blueberries and a drop of mio

Scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, spinach, cherry tomatoes, feta.

Either a bowl of oatmeal or raisin bran and a banana.

OATMEAL

>1 scoop oatmeal
>1 egg
>sweetener
>milk
>MIX THE FUCK OUT OF IT
>microwave 3.5 minutes
>add 1 scoop vanilla whey
>more sweetener
>MIX IT AGAIN
>eat

It's fucking delisc and fucking full of protein.

STEEL CUT OATS AND MILK

>i'd probably end up pissing every 15 minutes

Yeah, I do piss a lot in the mornings eating this

>my own version of pic related (- less salt, pepper, onion and garlic - ground nuts/seeds instead of flour)
>fresh kale
>1/2 avocado on rye bread
>a fruit (orange, grapefruit or blueberries)

does anyone have suggestions for really nutrient dense AND low calorie recipes/meals?

>160 grams of oats
Doesn't that get you constipated? I started having 100g of oats with my breakfast meal and my shit has been hard as hell ever since.

Oats and whey shake if I workout before breakfast.
Eggs with bacon if I dont.

Usually oats in the evening.

u wot m8 ?

Oats have so much fiber I have shits by just looking at them.

Oats have a lot of fiber though doesn't that make you take better shits? I've never had problems pooping when eating oats for breakfast

tamago kake gohan

Nothing

3 eggs. Every day.

>not 36 eggs

Breakfast is a meme

bowl of oats, an apple or kiwi and a mug of straight coffee or latte.

3 eggs microwaved bc lazy
1 sip

3 Eggs, Either 3 slices of bread (french toast) or 3 slices of deli meat and creatine tea.

I eat lunch

IF rules

2pc multi grain rye toast every day, various toppings depending what I feel like

Smallish bowl of uncooked oats with mixed berries, nuts and seeds + almond milk on rest days

4 scrambled eggs with chopped tomato, onion and sausage on lift days.

On a cut right now. Got a meet coming up in April.

5 egg whites
1 egg
1/8 cup shredded cheese
1/2 serving spinach

1/2 cup of oats(made with water)

1 scoop whey protein.

I usually skip breakfast, take my supplements and some water on an empty stomach and workout due to the health benefits of intermittent fasting and hormone regulations/releases. If I have work, I still go in the morning, and to the gym empty with roughly 5-8 hours of sleep depending on the day.

I prefer to have the cortisol boost in the morning (motivation), alongside the benefit of either spiked or regulated blood sugar levels. Not to mention growth hormone optimization, lean muscle mass management, and general good health.

>fit
>eat breakfast

>... milk that has been filtered in a way that allows the components of milk; fat, protein, minerals, water and lactose to be divided into it’s most basic parts. Once the milk is divided into it’s most basic parts, ... recombines the parts, leaving out the lactose, some of the fat and increasing the protein and nutrients.

tl;dr
You can buy milk from the store that doesn't have lactose

Not a big morning eater so just a protein bar and glass of milk along with my vitamins and shit.

ITS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY
SERVIN IT UP, THE BIG BOY'S WAY
BOP!

I stopped eating breakfast. I am 280lbs down from 390lbs at my fattest. Back in those days I was eating ridiculous calories at breakfast and had a plan for each day. I'm not sure of the exact calories but I managed to lost 50lbs initially just by removing breakfast

>Monday
2 bowls of Lucky Charms and a baked potato with a beer. Then a 1 hour wait followed by mash potato and another beer. Used to call this 'Intermittant Belfasting' (Didn't realise Belfast isn't Ireland)

>Tuesday
Cheese on toast. 6 slices of toast with thick cheese. Usually needed a new cheese block every 3 weeks. Sometimes sprinkled over cinnamon.

>Wednesday
Just made a giant 'hump' out of smashed up chocolate cake to represent wednesday being the hump of the middle of the week. If I was having a bad week I would add 'obstacles', basically chocolate bars, sometimes 3 or 4

>Thursday
4 fried eggs, with several bacon rashers and pancakes

>Friday
Leftover pizza (I always bought an extra pizza to be leftover)

>Saturday
'Saturday Sandwich', usually a grilled cheese stuffed with pineapple, peanut butter, some kind of gummy sweets. Usually with M&M's in a bowl on the side and a milkshake

>Sunday
