Just get on the texas method.
Same shit as before, drive your lifts higher.
Once you're done, switch to one of the advanced TM templates, like the upper/lower split, and work on your 10RM instead of your 5RM for a couple months.

The real greyskull has rowing every day or at least twice a week depending on which routine you pick from the book. The OP routine is garbage and asymmetrical. The best program to look good is the one that works everything equally instead of favouring big muscles that are trained with compounds and neglecting the smaller muscles.
