Running, I am too heavy to run right now, i have an injury on my shins (muscle hernia) that makes it tight and feel terrible

I got a tricep tear bench pressing 245 lbs in high school, and i got a back injury when i was doing 135 OHP as the barbell fell backwards, fucking sucked, i was dumb at 14
