Anyways my good feel is

>recovering fatty doing cardio
>cardio machines line up against front window for "people watching" (there's a gamestop and a dollar store in the same plaza, loads of fatties)
>elderly woman with a walker slowly making her way down the sidewalk to the dollar store
>she looks up as she passes the gym window
>looks at me huffing and puffing along
>smiles and gives me a big thumbs up
I did an extra half hour after that just because I felt so good.

9 months into lifting
Seeing progress
Feeling great
Switched courses to a sports science degree
Passed all my exams this semester
Visiting my gf over Christmas
Life truly feels on the up

Picked up my adderall prescription today and feel the best I've felt in months.

I've been working out for the last month and dieting for the last week. Lost a few bit of pounds but more importantly I am enjoying exercising for once.

Enjoy your journey to amp addiction. You will lose a ton of weight because all food makes you queasy, when off it you will eat like a ravenous elephant and gain back all the weight you lost.

I've been on/off a prescription for over four years bro.
Definitely know the negatives, but it really feels like I just kicked depression taking it for the first time in a while.

Ah, I was on adderall for ~1.5 years. Kicked it though as it just became 'binge a 3 month supply in less than a month' problem. Just long enough to become fully addicted, and then go through withdrawal. Kicking it is what finally got me into lifting.

Just keep plugging away guys. I came here five years ago when I was a fat loser virgin going to community college. I'm not owing all of my success to fit, but for sure some of it was because of this website. Please keep your chin up guys.

ehhh 5 lb muscle, 7 lb water and 8 lb fat seems about right. Started of extremely skinny so the fat might have actually helped me out a bit aesthetically

Lifting is probably the best decision ive made in my entire life
