Well I'm currently fat (234lbs) and have lost 56lbs in the last 6 months so getting there - but I still find this threads hilarious and motivating. They remind me of the dumb shit that I used to do and think which I now find hilarious.

I lost 90 lbs. It took 2 years but I gained everything back. Now I've been cutting at a 500 cal deficit.

It's a full body workout. x3 a week.
You should be progressing to a new level every month. Also, you should be able to start pretty far down the list, even as a dyel. The stop exercises are pretty much for the elderly, morbidly obese, or invalids.

Try a good clip for 6 hours. You only burn about 100 calories for every half hour of intensive exercise.

Not sure how accurate the pro-form calorie counter is, but I set it to max incline with maximum resistance and usually go for about an hour and twenty.

Replace butter with fat rendered from pancetta.

It's impossible to predict calories burned without having machines hooked up to you.

But I can guarantee you're burning less than 200 calories.
