eggs a la eggs
>4 eggs
>beaten
>in the pan with a teaspoon of oil
>heat until no longer runny
Looks good. Would work with canned chicken or salmon as well.

Picrelated is the bomb. Make you're own salad dressing with full ingredient control.
fuck-y´arrrrrr user
why has nobody ever edited this recipe? 1 onion is way too fucking much
Better faggot?
>He doesn't like runny eggs
Fucking hell, not you again.
>onion
>too much
Pick one, faggot
> having to chase your eggs
I see what you did there
...
Just made the oats + eggs + cottage cheese pancakes. They're fucking shit.
What is this supposed to do? Retain muscle on a cut?
That's exactly what a PSMF does.
Yep.
Yeah, except that image has 4 weeks of a liquid diet, which is the wrong way to do a PSFM.
>implying there's a "right way" for doing a 900cal/day diet
Liquid PSMF's have been studied since the 70's. You won't fuck anything up doing it for a month.
There is a right way to do it. Doing it the right way means after the 3rd day you feel great. Doing it on a liquid diet means you feel like shit for 4 weeks.
cutting sucks
but someone on here recommended brining my chicken. been a game changer.
So I'm here to recommend a god-tier broccoli recipe.
On a light dinner kind of day, a hearty chicken soup is pretty dope:
>'better than bouillabaisse' or similar canned chicken stock
>pound or two of chicken breast
>egg noodles
>frozen veggies
>rosemary, thyme, dill, salt, pepper
Literally just boil cubed chicken chunks into the soup base, then toss all the other crap in closer to the end. Super easy and the broth is insanely addictive if you get the seasoning right.
>cubed chicken breast in a soup
Enjoy your rubbery tasteless squares you pleb
what's the right way then guy?
Can confirm that this is very good

I felt he used too many onions, but it was still a very good sauce.
>Privileged Onion
What if I'm not a white cis male?
I made a bunch of jerky to use as a protein snack, what is Veeky Forums opinion on jerky?
Where would the eggs and flour come into play?
Like an egg and flour mix, dip in flour than egg?
Fill a bowl with flour and another bowl with mixed egg.
Take meat, cover in flour, shake excess, move meat to egg bowl, cover is egg, shake excess.

Good snack, but kinda salty I think. Very useful for eating outside.
Time consuming, expensive and worse in all ways than eating it before other than storage time
A+, thanks for posting user.
