My DL is only at 114kg for 5 (what I should've done today) but i couldn't do the last two reps cause my left hand kept slipping
Also, I don't think I can use chalk in my gym

Mixed grip, do grip work. Do heavy rows/chins, hold the last deadlift rep for as long as you can, static holds, farmers walks, etc.

I have a 6' wingspan, I'm just a very chest dominant bencher and my chest always grows well, taking priority over triceps. Upper body for me in general is very easy to grow and get stronger, lower body is a bit harder, especially squat.

based off of my own experience, cardio absolutely wrecks training, even if it's only a week. I'm also basing my view off of what CWS says here youtube.com/watch?v=k7_kCLHOl_0 about conflicting training. obviously if it's only a couple of cardio workouts it won't be the end of the world, but it won't be beneficial to 1rm strength. if anything, it's a detriment.

Should I do Sheiko for deadlifts if my 1RM is only 4pl8 or just do Sheiko with gnuckols DL programming?

yeah I guess lel. my experience with it is that if I ever do cardio, whether it's running, biking, whatever, my squat and bench absolutely die. deadlift seems to be immune to it though. I don't know why.

if I was in his situation, I would walk around the house, play with my dog, stuff like that. I wouldn't do nothing at all, but I wouldn't do anything even close to cardio
