Don't fall into fits BS. SS is a great program. Eat a lot and work hard and you'll get big and strong. If you read the book, which you should do, you'll see good arguments for starting here even if your goal is that guy. If you start here, get your diddy lift to 405, if you choose to do some sissy bodybuilder program you'll have a good strength base to progress rapidly.
