I shoot for 6 small meals a day, around 500 cals or so. All the stuff on that list is fast digesting too, so you'll never run into the problem of feeling full for hours after eating. The cranberry juice is also something more specific to me, since I have a stomach problem which requires me to take nutrient absorbing meds and the cranberry juice helps prevent that effect. Still, it doesn't hurt to throw it in there.

100cals & 8g protein (9g if you buy Silk) per 8oz, minus the high fat content & various gmos regular milk has and it costs around the same. Pic related

srsly i go lifting 6 times a week and my body just wants more and more food. I eat 4 meals a day, 1000kcal per meal.

They're an easy 190 calories and 10g protein a day for only about $4 or so for a week's supply. Not to mention they taste good and are high in fiber so they help speed up digestion. If $4 a week is too much for you, you've got better things to worry about than a bulking diet.
