Newfag here (well not really, I'v been lifting for 4 months but I haven't gone into supps at all)

Extenze. I'm being serious. Nothing gets me more motivated or pumped to work out than sexual arousal, and thinking to myself "these bitches will finally want you once you become a ripped stud" does wonders for my morale during a workout. Extenze' claims of lengthening your dick aren't really true, but it makes me hornier and more sensitive. Which in turn helps me tap into using my sexual urges for a workout.

I know I sound crazy or like a loser but honestly, for working out, extenze has done wonders for me.

As far as performance enhancing supplements go, you don't NEED them.

However, if you're looking into taking something to get that edge in the gym, doing some research is an absolute must. I recommend examine.com and ncbi for looking into what works and what doesn't, also for any side effects in whatever.

No. I'm serious. Lots of people take pre-workout. My favorite pre-workout is a hard dick, and the optimism that I'll be closer to planting it inside a girl when the workout is done. Yes, I am a KV. But this works for me, so who cares if it's pathetic/ridiculous. It helps me get gains.
